DELJIS feeds data into the FBI's N-DEx (National Data Exchange) system. LexisNexis separately has a contract with the FBI/DOJ for AVCC access. This creates a potential secondary pathway where DELJIS data reaches LexisNexis not directly but through the FBI/N-DEx → LexisNexis PSDEX pipeline. This FOIA targets documentation of what data DELJIS sends to N-DEx and whether any of that data is accessible to LexisNexis.
