DE FOIA — DELJIS/LEISS Integration with PSDEX (DESPP / Delaware State Police)

Delaware has built its own first-in-the-nation integrated Criminal Justice Information System (DELJIS) with an investigative intelligence suite called LEISS. The key question is whether DELJIS/LEISS feeds data into the LexisNexis Public Safety Data Exchange (PSDEX), either directly through an API/data export, through a CISC/consortium agreement, or through any other integration. If DELJIS data reaches PSDEX, then all 400+ Delaware agencies that contribute to DELJIS may be de facto PSDEX contributors without knowing it. This FOIA is designed to surface any such integration.
