NV NPRA — Nevada VINE/Appriss Contract for 'Risk Solutions' Clause (AG Office / LexisNexis Pathway)

Nevada was the FIRST state to launch the enhanced Appriss VINE system (July 2017). Nevada VINE is managed by the Nevada AG's office through Appriss and connects all 17 county jails, Nevada DOC, and Probation and Parole. If the Nevada AG contract with Appriss contains the 'Risk Solutions' clause (as in Cook County, IL), all Nevada jail booking data flows to LexisNexis Accurint, which ICE accesses via its $22.1M LEIDS contract. Nevada is not a sanctuary state and LVMPD already has 287(g) ICE cooperation, but the VINE pathway would add all 17 county jails and DOC to that data flow.
