TX Public Info Request — Texas OAG / Appriss VINE Contract

Texas VINE is statewide, managed by the Texas AG's office in partnership with Appriss. All 254 Texas county jails feed real-time booking data into VINE. In Cook County, IL, a similar Appriss VINE contract was found to contain a 'Risk Solutions' clause that allows Appriss to share jail data with LexisNexis, which sells access to ICE. This FOIA asks Texas to produce the full VINE contract so we can check whether the same clause exists in Texas.
