Dearborn Police Department signed the standard contributor version of the AVCC XML Addendum on July 28, 2022 (Sergeant James Isaacs, form Q3.21.v1, ORI MI8234300). Section I.2 obligates the department to contribute public safety information to PSDEX; Section II.1 grants LexisNexis an irrevocable, worldwide license to that data. A LexisNexis Data Classification sheet produced in response to a public records request lists 1,405 report types and marks every one Viewable By: Public and Law Enforcement, including medical assists, mental health calls, suicide attempts, child abuse, criminal sexual conduct, CPS referrals, and immigration entry offenses. Dearborn is the first department in this project whose classification sheet shows 100 percent of report types shared. Dearborn is the only Arab-majority city in the U.S. (54.5 percent MENA ancestry, 2020 census).
