CPRA — LAPD BuyCrash / LexisNexis Traffic Collision Report Data Pipeline
LAPD has been confirmed on the LexisNexis BuyCrash portal (policereports.lexisnexis.com) since at least 2016, meaning all LAPD traffic collision reports flow through LexisNexis Risk Solutions infrastructure. This FOIA targets the full scope of that data relationship — specifically who else receives or can access LAPD crash data through LexisNexis, including whether it feeds the Public Safety Data Exchange (PSDEX).
