It contains BOTH the Schedule A subscription order (Accurint Virtual Crime Center Online, bundling Accurint for LE / LE Plus / LE Mobile, Plan 44; term 4/1/2024 to 3/31/2027; Billgroup ACC-6983965; LN Account Manager Amy Betz) AND the signed AVCC XML Addendum that activates PSDEX data contribution. The addendum is the standard contributor variant, executed with ORI OR0260200, with the de-identified-third-party-sharing opt-in initialed. Section I.2 obligates Portland to contribute public safety information to PSDEX; Section II.1 grants LexisNexis an irrevocable, worldwide license to aggregate, create derivative works from, and redistribute that data to all other PSDEX customers.
