Federal — GSA Schedule GS-00F-178DA (LexisNexis Special Services Inc.)

Needs Investigation

The federal government's standard purchasing vehicle for LexisNexis (GSA Schedule GS-00F-178DA, held by LexisNexis Special Services Inc.) bundles the AVCC/PSDEX contributory addendum, the same give-to-get data-sharing contract local police sign. Any federal agency can acquire Accurint, the Virtual Crime Center, and PSDEX through this routine federal schedule. The document is a price list and terms template, so it does not by itself show that a specific federal agency contributes data; it documents the federal access and acquisition channel.

Federal GSA Schedule GS-00F-178DA — LexisNexis Special Services Inc. (LNSSI) terms, incl. AVCC/PSDEX contributory addendum (MOD58, Mar 2026)

The federal GSA Multiple Award Schedule for LexisNexis Special Services Inc. (contract GS-00F-178DA), current as of MOD PO-0058 (March 2026), bundles the AVCC/ACA/CCM/XML Addendum (the PSDEX contributory contract) in both Consortium Lead-Agency and Consortium Sub-Agency variants (Q3.21.v1). The same give-to-get terms local police sign, the Section I.2 contribution obligation and the Section II.1 irrevocable worldwide license, are part of the standard federal acquisition vehicle and available to any federal purchaser. The schedule also bundles the Non-FCRA and FCRA government agreements, AmplifyID (RINEX), OTP, TrueID, ThreatMetrix, and Tri-Merge credit terms. Contract admin: Tim Bishop (LexisNexis). This is a price list and terms template, evidence of the federal access / acquisition channel, not proof that any specific federal agency contributes data to PSDEX.
