The federal GSA Multiple Award Schedule for LexisNexis Special Services Inc. (contract GS-00F-178DA), current as of MOD PO-0058 (March 2026), bundles the AVCC/ACA/CCM/XML Addendum (the PSDEX contributory contract) in both Consortium Lead-Agency and Consortium Sub-Agency variants (Q3.21.v1). The same give-to-get terms local police sign, the Section I.2 contribution obligation and the Section II.1 irrevocable worldwide license, are part of the standard federal acquisition vehicle and available to any federal purchaser. The schedule also bundles the Non-FCRA and FCRA government agreements, AmplifyID (RINEX), OTP, TrueID, ThreatMetrix, and Tri-Merge credit terms. Contract admin: Tim Bishop (LexisNexis). Key language
Sec I.2 (Contribution Obligation): "In exchange for good and valuable consideration, including access to PSDEX, Customer hereby agrees to contribute public safety information (the 'Customer Data Contribution') that it and other PSDEX customers may use for analysis, investigations and reporting or other applications to accomplish their mission." Sec II.1 (License Grant): "Customer, at no charge, hereby grants to LN a paid up, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, adapt, compile, aggregate, create derivative works, transfer, transmit, publish and distribute the Customer Data Contributions (1) to PSDEX customers..."
