DESPITE THE FILENAME IT IS NOT A REDLINE: the file contains no tracked changes and no strikethrough text, only underlined headings. It is a clean vendor template. Do not report it as evidence Athens-Clarke negotiated the addendum. Its value is comparative: set against Q3.17.v1 it dates LexisNexis's merger of Community Crime Map into the same instrument that carries the PSDEX contribution obligation to somewhere between Q4 2016 and Q3 2017.
